Page 1 recruitment are excited to be working in partnership with a leading Creative and Digital Marketing Agency in the Northeast. Due to their continued growth, our client is currently looking to strengthen its Account Management Team!
Working closely with the Account Director, you will be responsible for:
* Being the first point of contact for a portfolio of clients
* Building and creating long-term client relationships
* Resolving client issues and concerns in a timely manner
* Gaining a thorough understanding of clients' businesses as well as the markets they operate in
* Taking briefs from clients and owning them through the delivery process
* Supporting clients through new web projects
* Producing reports and evaluations for clients
* Attending client meetings
The ideal candidate will have:
* Agency experience
* Previous experience working as an Account Manager/Executive
* A real passion for all things digital
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A strong analytical mind
* An understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms
