THE ROLE: Assistant Branch Manager - One of the busiest and most successful branch networks within the UK with decades of successful trading are looking for their next superstar Assistant Branch Manager to help manage a pivotal branch within the network.

As the Assistant Branch Manager, you will take help manage for the internal sales team. Leading by example, your mission as Assistant Branch Manager will be to help grow sales within an extremely competitive environment.

Your responsibilities as the Assistant Branch Manager will include but are not limited to:

* The day to day running of the branch.
* Directly managing the sales office, motivating, inspiring and leading by example.
* Creating, hitting and smashing targets.
* Dealing with customers both face to face and over the phone.
* In charge of the branch in the manager's absence.

This role would suit someone with automotive Parts Sales experience along with a track record of managing people. To succeed in this role however, you must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills with the ultimate objective of growing sales and the business.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

* People management experience - Essential.
* Parts Sales experience - Essential.
* Confident with dealing with customers over the telephone and face-to-face - Essential.
