Behaviour Buddy
Milestone Education are currently recruiting an Behaviour Buddy to work within a SEMH provision in Solihull - starting ASAP.
The school offer referal placements to children and young people aged 5 - 11yrs who are subject to and an EHCP or statement of special eductaion needs, the young people can demonstrate challenging behaviour as well a spectrum of other needs such as ASD, attachment disorders and ADHD. Their small class sized of between 8-10 pupils allows them to ensure each student receives individual support as well as full classroom learning. To be considered for this position, you must have the following:
- Experience of working with challenging behaviour.
- Experience working with children with additional needs.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
- Driven and Enthusiastic personality
