Business Development Manager - Up to £27k basic DOE plus OTE year 1 £40k+/year 2 £50k+

A successful and fast growing SaaS business based in Bracknell have an opening for several Business Development Managers to join their team. The role will be focused on driving the new business efforts through lead generating, converting inbound and outbound leads and closing the initial order, before passing over to an Account Manager.
Proactively generate leads through a multitude of media.
Be the first contact for inbound leads through the website
Ensure that KPI's and targets are met and exceeded.
Work as an individual and as part of a team to share ideas and best practice.
Skills and Experience:
Experience in a similar role
Self motivated and resilient individual
Excellent communication skills
Be able to plan and prioritise as required
Liaise with other departments as and when required
Be able to work using your own initiative in order to meet and exceed targets
Maintain a positive and never give up attitude
