Business Manager - Sales Process, Strategy & Insights

London, Bank, Hybrid remote working
£40,000 to £50,000 + company benefitsWe are working with a fast growth technology company based in London currently expanding their operation across the UK. They are looking for a Business Manager to manage the sales operations of the sales teams, organising and analysing data to provide business insights and improve the efficiencies and effectiveness of the sales cycle. This is not a sales role, rather the tactical and strategic side of a sales operation.

Scope:

Help drive productivity and revenue forecasting
Process sales reports & target tracking
Support business leaders in annual planning process'
Manage and analyse business key metrics: revenues, sales pipeline and forecasting, ROI measures
Ensure timely, appropriate implementation of sales processes, drive new initiatives and sales results.
Analyse progress - provides insights, identify trends, risks, and upsides for further investigation.
Provide advanced administrative support and assist with handling and processing any contract related issuesQualifications:

2+ years of relevant professional experience in Sales Analysis, Operation Analysis, Business or equivalent work experience.
Energetic, multi-tasking, understand sales process and experience supporting sales and business development operations.
Possess strong analytical and quantitative capabilities with ability to provide data-backed analysis.
Experience in the high-tech industry preferred.
