Job Description

Our client works within the care industry and they are seeking a Team Leader to oversee their call centre. This role is working for a large care provider and there are great development opportunities within the business. They are seeking an individual who is highly customer service focussed who will support their team with the day to day management of the call centre.

Job Description:

Supervising a team of call centre operatives (approximately 25) who deal with calls relating to care
Ensuring the team are trained and developed, conducting 121's
Performing call audits
Monitoring performance of the team
Conducting return to work meetings and other HR associated duties Candidate Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years' Team Leader experience
Previous call centre experience
Strong communicator at all levels
Working within the care sector would be an advantage
This role will involve the successful candidate passing a DBS check Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm and 2:00pm - 10:00pm rotating shifts (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £27,000 - £28,500 per annum + benefits
