Job Description Team Member Title: Construction Services Intern Location: Charleston, SC Team: Construction Team Lifecycle Communities' Construction team leads land development, pre construction, and vertical construction efforts. The team procures materials, sources trades, and manages all aspects of a high functioning job site for urban and suburban product types, including commercial, social, and residential spaces. Responsibilities Work with the Construction Manager to learn multifamily land development and vertical construction processes. Collaborate on financial reporting and analysis related to construction projects. Assist in the transition from construction to property management. Conduct analysis of contract amendments and assess their impact on financial performance versus the project budget. Complete ad hoc projects as assigned. Qualifications Currently or actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Construction Systems Management. Previous construction internship experience and exposure to project management software is preferred, but not required. Strong analytical, organizational, critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills. Ability to multi task and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
