A Multinational Energy Company based in Reading is seeking an Contract Administrator to join their team on a contract basis for 6 months. (Extension highly likely)

Contract Administrator

This fast paced and rewarding role will involve answering inbound customer queries from business customers and third-party intermediaries via Telephone and Email as per service level agreements.
Throughout these methods we'll be looking for you to promote and maintain a high level of customer service and account management. You'll maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You'll be working towards set timescales using established guidelines, procedures, and process driven methodology both as part of a team and on your own initiative. As part of this we'll be looking for you to contribute ideas designed to improve customer service and efficiency across all processes.
As well as inbound customer queries you'll be assisting with the administration and processing of Business Energy Sales contracts for both new and existing customers. Ensuring that contracts are set up accurately and efficiently is a fundamental requirement of this role

What do I need?

To be successful in this role you'll have previous experience in an Administration role in a fast-paced environment.
You'll have the ability to demonstrate strong planning and organisational skills together with the ability to use your own initiative, persuasion, and commercial awareness.
Excellent analytical and communication skills would be extremely beneficial in the role.
Previous experience in a customer service environment would also be beneficial.
