Mon 9-5, Tues 9-5, Weds 12-8, Fri 12-8, Sat 9-5 (Weds, Fri and Sat all working from home must be locally based )

About the role
As a Customer Service Advisor you'll play a crucial part in the business by contacting customers to discuss their requirements whilst providing exceptional customer service. The core responsibilities and activities of the role are,
Handle inbound and outbound calls to members of the public who have enquired via the company websites
Confirm and check the accuracy of customer data in relation to the job requirements
Proactively resolve customer queries ensuring the best outcome for the customer and the business
