  • Serves as primary point of contact between design/development agency and digital marketing team; Owns bi-weekly prioritization of maintenance releases for and and additional web properties; Manages annual allotment of agency service hours to ensure critical development/bug fixes/enhancements are executed in timely manner and within budget
  • Primary individual responsible for maintaining and updating web properties in Drupal (layout, copy, tags, photos, listings, titles, metadata, etc.); Collaborates with marketing content writer and digital marketing team on SEO improvements; Assists with layout, code and copy updates within marketing automation system (Pardot) for both CarePartners of Connecticut, Tufts Health Plan and Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare brands
  • Serves as the primary owner of digital campaign setup; Includes set up and management of campaigns in Salesforce & Pardot (campaign set up, Custom redirect setup and management, maintenance, general oversight), Avaya phone system and other platforms as necessary

  • Identifies and assists with implementation of website enhancements; contributes to defining objectives, goals and measurement with Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist and Sr. Manager of Acquisition for approval; Responsible for project management needs across agencies and internal stakeholders
  • Serves as in-house SME for Google Analytics/Tag Manager/SiteImprove
  • Own/manage invoice process for all digital marketing budget items
  • Assisting with ad-hoc digital projects as they arise

Requirements

EDUCATION: (Minimum education & certifications required)

  • Associate degree (BS/BA preferred) or a the equivalent experience (combination of education and experience)
  • Marketing/Communications or Computer Information Systems degree preferred

EXPERIENCE: (Years of experience)

  • 1-2 years in a similar type of digital marketing position.
  • 1-2 years of experience managing website content within a Drupal environment
  • 1-2 years experience with marketing automation (Preferably Pardot); focus on building and/or editing emails/landing pages and reporting
  • 1-2 years of experience with HTML and CSS
  • 1-2 years of experience working in the Adobe Creative Suite ( Illustrator, InDesign preferred)
  • 1-2 years of experience using Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Webmaster Tools to build website reporting/events/goals and implement tags for third party software/tools
  • Ability to analyze website date statistics and report on trends/areas for optimization
