Dispatch Co-ordinator

Job Description

Our client is now recruiting for a Dispatch Co-ordinator to join their Operations Team and help to maintain high standards and to be part of their continuing success story.

The main purpose of the role is to co-ordinate despatches to scheduled customer base from both operational warehouses and 3PL provider to meet the complex requirements of these large accounts. You'll liaise with the Customer Care Team and customers and transport/storage providers ensure that requirements are understood and met at each stage of the process, maintaining accurate records throughout.

This is a busy role and successful applicants will be highly organised and excellent at multi-tasking and time management, be IT literate with experience and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word/Excel and Outlook.

You will be an effective co-ordinator, with an excellent command of English language and good interpersonal and communication skills.

Accuracy and attention to detail are key skills in this role and you must have a strong understanding of warehouse processes gained in a previous working environment.
