Role: EDI Coordinator

Location: Coventry

Hours: Full time

Salary: £26 - 28,000

Contract: 2 year fixed term

We are working on behalf of an outstanding employer looking to recruit into their HR team with the addition of an experienced Coordinator to support with equality, diversity, inclusion and employee mental health / wellbeing training. The working hours for this role are full time Monday to Thursday 8.30am until 4.30pm and Friday 8.30am until 3.30pm. The role is a hybrid mix of being officed based for 3 or 4 days in Canley Coventry and home based 1 or 2 days a week depending on business needs. This is an incredible position which would offer progression opportunities within a large organisation.

Role and responsibilities:

* As a Coordinator you will support your manager in coordinating all employee mental health, wellbeing, equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) projects company wide

* Responsible for event management for the diary of training events to deliver on the learning and development, EDI and employee wellbeing company strategies

* Organise training courses internally and with external providers as required to meet and develop employee needs following performance reviews

* Assist with evaluating the success of all internal and external training and activities through effective feedback gathering and data analysis

* Support with designing and delivering internal training courses relating to topics such as equality, diversion, inclusion and mental wellbeing

* Produce all relevant administration ahead of training events such as course materials, joining instructions and gathering feedback post event

* Support marketing with creating suitable content for their website and intranet

* Maintain, improve and update manuals, policies and procedures

* Prepare data and attend meetings to take effective minutes for distribution to ensure actions are followed up

* Provide a professional service to all employees and respond to queries in a timely fashion

* Ensure all data held is accurate and maintained to GDPR regulations and company policy

* General HR or administrative duties as required to support the team

Skills and experience required:

* Proven background in learning and development, EDI, mental health, wellbeing and Administration is essential

* CIPD qualification in Learning and Development desirable

* Experience working with training providers desirable

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to communicate at all levels

* Ability to accurately analyse and process employee data accurately

* Ability to work in a confidential manner maintaining high levels of integrity

* Empathetic, approachable and proactive nature
