A large IT distributor based in Wokingham are looking for a finance administrator to help support their accounts team. The ideal candidate will be looking to work in a fast-paced accounts team with plans to grow and develop.
Key Duties of the Finance Administrator:
Processing invoices from suppliers to the correct Ledger accounts
Processing expense claims to general ledger
Create and review payment runs
Verifying new supplier payments details
Daily ReconciliationsKey requirements of the Finance Administrator:
6 months + experience in an Accounts Payable role
Proficient in Excel - ideally have basic pivots and lookups skills
Desirable to have relevant qualifications (AAT/university)
Good knowledge of VATThe Next Step
