We are looking for a Finishing Manager/ Internal Manager to close off a project in London. This will be for 12 weeks, starting as soon as possible.
We are looking for a candidate from a trades background with an excellent eye for detail, good organisational and paperwork skills to oversee the quality of works.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the delivery of work on site in terms of Quality.
- Producing (and regularly reviewing) short term programmes to ensure they are in line with the overall project programme.
- Working closely with the Commercial Team to ensure that commercial controls are maintained.
- Snagging / Defect management.
- Daily / Weekly progress reporting up line to the Senior Project Manager / Project Director on each project.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years High Spec project experience.
- Extensive Finishing Manager experience.
-Field view / Snag R experience
- Experience working on £10m projects.
-MUST have NVQ 6 / Black CSCS card
- CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid at Work certified.
- Carpentry, Drylining, Painting & Decorating background preferred.
- Strong IT / reporting skills.
