Acorn recruitment is working with an innovative managed service provider looking to build a centre of excellence within South Wales.
They are currently searching for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to come on board, helping the team to provide 24-hour support.
The main responsibilities of the successful applicant would cover the monitoring and maintenance of infrastructure for the company and clientele. Working along side the service desk, helping to assist with customer requests, and collaborating with on-call teams during out-of-hour periods.
This role is on a 'continental', 4 work days and 4 rest days, shift pattern, on a rota basis - over a 16-week period. This is due to the specific requirements of the 24-hour team.
