A large partner legal practice and major legal firm in Soho require an IT Trainer to join them on a permanent or FTC basis. Hybrid working is being offered at a 1 day at home and 4 days at the office setup along with a generous salary, package and future.

Deliver IT induction training to new starters, as well as upskilling training to existing employees via classroom, one-to-one, webinar, workshops and e-learning methods
Plan and organise ongoing training events based on training needs analysis
Create, design and maintain training materials for the successful delivery of IT training programmes including subject-based training demos and workshops and Create 'How To" training videos and FAQ's, as required
Develop training material, documentation, quick tips and/or best practice guides.
Research and test Firm approved software for desktop and/or mobile devices, as required
Participate in IT projects that have a training requirement and assist in deployments with timely training programs and/or materials
Provide ad-hoc training support to users
Learn, test and monitor new system updates and changes
Assist in identifying future learning needs within the business
Effectively maintain training records and material
Keep abreast of new training solutions
Able to learn new systems or improvements to current software as required
The development of internal seminars, training courses and self-help material.
Support the wider IT team as required
Run roadshows along with creating advertising, courseware, and support materials for the firm's IT roll-out programme. The first will be continuing the iManage10 rollout and implementation of the template solution.
Design and deliver a firm-wide upskilling training programme targeted at secretarial services.Experience
Ideally 2 to 4 years of relevant experience required
Ability to effectively present information verbally and in writing
Strong attention to detail
Must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
Office 365 experience required
Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep the relevant Managers and Stakeholders updated and abreast of changes and developments.
Ability to work independently.
Must provide excellent client service at all times.
Knowledge of legal industry software and the ability to learn software that has been developed in house is required.
