JOB SUMMARY

The purpose of this position is to conduct research and data analysis for the development of deliverables focused on Industrial Real Estate initiatives

Ideal candidates will report to the office daily in Saddle Brook, NJ.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assists in collection, aggregation, and input of data (comps, Tenants in Markets, properties, availabilities, new constructions etc.) into CBRE property database.

Performs periodic data audits and change reports to ensure that quantity and quality of our data is top notch.

Responsible for driving the overall technology suite of tools and technology for a high performing Industrial Advisory and Transaction Services team.

Analyst will be responsible for leading the overall technology platform for the team, including but not limited to CBRE VANTAGE Suite, GIS/Location Intelligence, ESRI, and Google Earth, Salesforce, market database of all occupiers and investors and others.

Prepares financial and other analysis for a range of deliverables, including market plans, scenario options, process improvements, management practices, and business unit communications.

Supports development of more complex analysis (e.g., market views, market dynamics, benchmarking, etc.) related to specific initiatives.

Prepares professional supporting documentation in a variety of formats. (e.g., Microsoft suite products, etc.).

Conducts, synthesizes, and presents research on industry best practice, benchmarks, and other issues of concern to the client. Prepares preliminary recommendations.

Other duties may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university required. Minimum 3+ years of related experience.

CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES

Real Estate license preferred or as required by the State.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.

FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE

Knowledge of financial terms and principles preferred.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.

OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES

Strong understanding of principles of information design and display and ability to create compelling documentation and deliverable Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite Products.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY

Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Responsible for setting own project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
