Position: Mobile Fabric Technician/Plumber
Salary: Up to £32,000 depending on experience
Location: Bristol
Hours of Work: Mon - Fri, 8am 5pm
A fantastic opportunity to a large M&E Service provider who are currently recruiting for a Mobile Fabric Technician/Plumber to work on a commercial contract covering sites across Bristol & surrounding areas. This is a permanent position paying up to a salary of £32,000 per annum depending on experience, working Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. With fantastic opportunities for career progression.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Carry out general building repair and maintenance
* Changing of locks, door closures and other door furniture
* Plumbing and small leak repairs
* Small painting, decoration and making good Fitting of carpet tiles
* To apply relevant trade skills to carry out reactive maintenance standards
* Ensure health and safety of sites are met to regulation standards
* L8 works are required on site
Candidate requirements;
* Proven experience - working within general building and maintenance repairs
* Relevant trade qualifications, such as City & Guilds / BTEC National Diploma / NVQ 2 in a trade - Plumbing
* Essential to have excellent client facing skills
* Must have Full UK Clean Driving licence
