Office Administrator - Full-time 40 hours per week, £25,000 pa DOE - Bracknell, Berkshire

The Role

GHPC is a rapidly growing company, offering a number of different consultancy services to many of the Major housing & commercial developers in the UK.

As an Office Administrator, the successful candidates' primary responsibility will be to assist with the general administration and smooth operation of our Bracknell Office, while also providing vital support across our group of companies. You will be working within a diverse, friendly team, providing essential support and learning new technical administration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones professionally and welcoming clients/guests.
  • Providing administrative support to colleagues and management.
  • Maintaining well-organised filing systems, both electronic and paper based.
  • Coordinating office cleanliness and ordering supplies.
  • Assisting with diary management, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Managing office meeting room bookings and catering requirements.
  • Supporting colleagues with online systems and data management.
  • Assisting with project administration and sourcing suppliers.
  • Conducting internal inspections and assisting with health & safety documents.
