Job Description

A dynamic and forward-thinking business looking for a skilled Operations Administrator to join their growing team. The ongoing expansion and exciting development of the business has opened an opportunity for a professional, energetic, and proactive individual to join a great team. If you have excellent organisational skills and previous experience in a Personal Assistant position this may be the position for you.

The business has seen rapid growth in recent years, leading to a doubling of revenue since 2016, and a significant increase in head count and locations. With 50 employees across 4 locations in the UK, this growth has been a result of business diversification into new markets, product offerings and technical development.

The purpose of this position is to support and oversee the management teams workloads and acting as their right hand. This significant role requires initiative, individual awareness and influencing skills together with excellent communication, planning and organisational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide a confidential and professional administrative service to the Directors and assist in the smooth and efficient running of their businesses

* Planning and organising the activities on behalf of the business leader, understanding the business priorities to manage the leader's diary ensuring effective and efficient use of time

* You will be responsible for diary management, minute taking, agenda preparation and planning meetings

* Handling any initial telephone and email enquiries, dealing with general queries from clients in a timely manner

* Manage suppliers to keep our deliveries on track

* Control of e-commerce site, managing ebay account selling all old stock

* Adhoc duties: Maintenance and input of information onto CRM, quotations etc

Experience & Character:

* Good understanding of various software packages, in particular Microsoft office

* Good written and verbal communication skills

* Personable, and positive attitude

* Previous experience in a PA, administrator position

* Team player - reliable and supportive

What to expect:

* Monday-Friday

* Flexible hours/ part time if necessary (salary will reflect this change)

* £23,000 - £30,000 DOE
