Salary: £27,000pa negotiable
The person & qualifications
*Minimum of Level 3 qualification in Business Administration or other relevant qualification
*Minimum of Level 2 qualification in Maths and English
*Previous experience of providing a professional, confidential support to senior managers
*Creating and maintaining a well organised e-office
*Able to manage senior employees well so the best use is made of their time.
*Manage the Deputy Principal Curriculum and Quality, the Vice Principal Higher Education and Curriculum, and the Managing Director of the Institute of Technology's diaries
*Be the first point of contact for both staff and external bodies, making decisions where appropriate
*Ensure GDPR compliance and all matters are dealt with appropriately.
*Be responsible for maintaining an effective filing, archiving and data retrieval systems
*Ensure all curriculum and HE corporation and committee papers are ready in good time and presented to a high standard
*Organise, attend and minute internal meetings as required
*Line manage the Curriculum Team Assistants
