Key role and responsibilities for Production Supervisor:
Working closely with production manager and team leaders
Manage the production team
Plan, schedule, direct and execute production activities
Ensure order purchase data is accurate
Experience with basic machinery operation and fault finding preferred but not essential
Managing team of 20-30 staff
Minimum Requirements for Production Supervisor:
Knowledge of using; word, excel, outlook etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Good time management & workload prioritisation
Food Production experience
Health & Safety understanding mandatory & Food Safety
Salary: From £24,000 per annum
Working hours:
Monday - Friday: 14:00 - 22:00
