The Role

* Identify & Qualify: Source and approach potential candidates, assessing their suitability against specific client requirements.

* Create relationships with job seekers and provide advice.
* Build long term relationships with clients.
Your Experience
* A minimum of 2 years Sales or Recruitment experience.
* Examples of building a successful desk from scratch.
* Managing a team (Advantages not essential).
* Handling high value clients.
* Exceptional Customer Service.
* Target Driven
* Self-Motivated
* Ability to handle pressure.
* Any of the following recruitment experience - Tech, IT, Finance & Accounting, Sales, Marketing, Office Support
