Recruitment Resourcing Advisor - £37,872 - Central London
Healthcare membership organisation and trade union is seeking an experienced Resourcing Adviser to join their organisation.
Resourcing Adviser will support in the delivery of a comprehensive end to end recruitment service. Duties include:
Act as a first point of contact for all recruitment activity including liaising with job seekers, applicants, recruiting managers and external stakeholders, providing advice on all aspects of the recruitment process
Conduct recruitment planning meetings with staff and managers, advising on recruitment best practice though a consultancy approach
Assist with preparing and reviewing adverts, job descriptions and person specifications.
Support the development of innovative and appropriate interview questions, assessments and associated documents to support managers to deliver robust selection processes.
Plan effective strategies to attract and source candidates, make recommendations to managers, research and identify new media where appropriate.
Actively source passive jobseekers and promote vacancies and develop our employer brand through a variety of channels
Support the delivery of a high-quality recruitment service including managing the recruitment inbox, responding to requests from candidates and prospective applicants, advertising jobs, sending interview invites, preparing and proofing offer letters and contracts of employment, undertaking pre-employment checks and audit processes.
Process purchase orders and invoices recording and processing them accordingly.The ideal Resourcing Advisor will have the following knowledge, skills, and experience:
Knowledge of recruitment processes/policies and legislation
Associate membership of CIPD is desirable, but not essential
Experience of providing recruitment advice and guidance
Experience of recruitment administration including advertising positions, sending interview invitations and reference requests
Experience of using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Ability to use Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, internet and diary software to an intermediate level
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to accurately draft correspondence such as offer letters and terms and conditionsONLY SHORT LISTED APPILCANTS WILL BE CONTACTED
