They are now looking for a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to drive this next chapter. The right candidate will join an already successful team with a clear sector focus and target some of the largest CPG firms in the world. Responsibilities
Deliver and exceed quarterly and annual targets including compiling and monitoring weekly and quarterly forecasts and creating a robust pipeline of opportunities
Develop and maintain a healthy active pipeline of new business opportunities.
Uncover prospect challenges that you are able to help them resolve through a value based selling approach
Build relationships at management level and day-to-day buyer level
Create bids and proposals that resolve identified prospect needs
Conduct quarterly territory reviews to understand and plan for growth in your clients or prospects
Required experience
3-5 years proven successful new business experience with blue chip clients through consultative selling
Experience working with or in the consumer / CPG sector is preferable but not essential.
