Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Configuration Management Analyst to provide advanced support for configuration, change, and release management activities across our enterprise systems. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and governing the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced support for configuration, change, and release management across various service areas.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the CMDB through reconciliation, validation, and quality assurance of configuration data.
• Conduct complex change analysis and facilitate coordination across multiple technical teams.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive configuration management documentation, standards, and procedures.
• Assist in audits and compliance initiatives by ensuring detailed and traceable records.
• Support release documentation and validation processes for configuration changes.
• Identify and address inconsistencies in configuration data, driving improvements in data quality and governance practices.

Minimum Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship without dual citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust; preference given to candidates with an active Public Trust or DHS suitability.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years focused on configuration/change management and CMDB operations in large enterprise or federal environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL change and configuration processes.
• Proven ability to perform data reconciliation and quality assurance activities.
• Experience supporting audit and compliance requirements.
• Effective coordination skills across multiple technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Advanced ServiceNow CMDB.
• Background in federal government environments.
• Strong analytical and data validation abilities.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise environments.

Compensation: Salary ranges from $60,000 to $90,000 based on experience.
