Location: Heywood
Role purpose:
Working as part of a small team you would be responsible for ensuring that maintenance contracts are managed to the highest standards, you will be dealing with existing clients organising engineers, phone support , booking engineers/maintenance calls ensuring the smooth running of the department.
Key result areas:
Administration of maintenance contracts from beginning to completion
Recording and documentation of renewal information accurately
Email and telephone communication
Role Responsibilities:
Investigating maintenance contract renewal opportunities
Negotiating contracts with internal and external stakeholders
Quoting and Purchasing
Updating systems and reporting mechanisms
Key skills:
Knowledge and experience of Excel
The ability to communicate professionally and effectively with senior business representatives
Passion for detail, accuracy and data improvement
Strong commercial awareness
The ability to question, challenge and interrogate data
Strong customer service ethos
The ability to work to and manage deadlines
