The successful candidate will be responsible for global management, administration and delivery of all Technology Governance and Compliance obligations to our leading financial services client, ensuring that can respond at pace to requests from the client such as information security requirements, internal & external compliance audits and TPRM reviews.
Working both directly with clients and as part of a wider account and corporate teams, this is an excellent opportunity for someone with a proven background and knowledge of financial services information security requirements to join a word class firm, with fantastic career progression and the chance to make a significant impact.
Reporting to the account Global Technology Lead
Global support function dedicated to co-ordination, administration & reporting for client Technology Governance & Compliance requirements.
Managing Qtrly Audit, Compliance, TPRM responses, Governance reporting
Monthly Technology Governance forum submissions and Governance reporting
Co-ordination, governance and administrative maintenance of client Technology Governance forum submissions and associated reporting.
Co-ordination, information gathering and administrative maintenance of TPRM responses.
Administering provision of annual penetration test reporting and close-out
Co-ordination and provision of annual SOC, SOX and OSPAR responses, reporting disclosure & close-out processes.
Providing support and cover for the wider account Technology Team as required from time to time.Requirements:
Ideally 5 years' post-graduate experience
Previous exposure to financial service clients and the real estate services sector is highly desirable.
A candidate who has a strong interest in information security and has a working knowledge of the ISO 27001 standard and SOC 1 & 2 type 2 controls.
IT literate, particularly in MS Excel, VBA skills desirable.
Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met
Demonstrates high levels of initiative, well-developed analytical skills and attention to detail
A team player who is self-motivated and can work on simultaneous projects
Very good written and spoken English
