Experience of the NHS and health care sector in England/Scotland working with key influencers (clinical and non-clinical)
Understanding of the decision-making process in England/Scotland frameworks, tenders etc
Experience in delivering consistent sales growth within a territory, track record of delivering results.
Experience of implementing impactful territory business plan
Key duties of a territory manager
Analyse and interpret geographical data to drive sales activity to the highest potential customers and areas.
Propose and implement alternative tactics and plans when required with Senior Dispensing Relationship Manager engagement.
Continually look for ways to improve the service provided to Health Care professionals and mutual clients.
Attend and present at sales meetings, relevant ad-hoc internal meetings as requested.
